1. Refund Method – Store Credit Guarantee

  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit vouchers.
  • Store credit is equal to the value of the product(s) approved for refund.
  • Store credit can be applied to any future purchase on Mohajer.ae, never expires, and is valid sitewide.
  • This ensures you can always use your credit at your convenience.

2. Eligibility for Refunds (Store Credit)

You may request a refund in the form of store credit if:

✅ Damaged or Defective Item

  • The product arrives broken, defective, or unusable.
  • Evidence (photos or videos) must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Incorrect or Missing Item

  • You received the wrong product, or an item is missing from your order.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Non-Delivery of Order

  • Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
  • If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you may request a review for a refund in the form of store credit.

3. Non-Eligibility (Refunds Will Not Apply)

Refunds will not be issued if:

❌ The product was delivered correctly and in good condition, but you changed your mind.
❌ The product was damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect.
❌ Incorrect or incomplete shipping details were provided during checkout.
❌ The claim is submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our processing center.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit vouchers.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@mohajer.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and, if applicable, supporting evidence (photos/videos).
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, your store credit voucher will be issued to your registered email address.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a product is confirmed defective, incorrect, or undelivered, store credit may also include shipping costs at our discretion.

7. Compliance & Commitment

This policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. It aligns with consumer protection guidelines in the UAE and KSA.

In cases where consumer law requires a different form of remedy, Mohajer.ae will review and comply accordingly.
